At Pick Your Own Cotton (PYOC), we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policies below:

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order via the link provided or through the shipping carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available soon—stay tuned!

5. Shipping Delays

PYOC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

If your package is delayed, contact the carrier directly for updates.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at pyoc@pickyourowncotton.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements or store credit when applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

PYOC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
