1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your order via the link provided or through the shipping carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available soon—stay tuned!
5. Shipping Delays
• PYOC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
• If your package is delayed, contact the carrier directly for updates.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at pyoc@pickyourowncotton.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements or store credit when applicable.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• PYOC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
