PYOC Return Policy

We want you to love your PYOC purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process:

• Email us at pyoc@pickyourowncotton.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Once approved, you’ll receive a return label (shipping costs may apply).

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

• Exchanges for size or color are free. Send us your request, and we’ll take care of the rest!
